How do they balance it?

According to George Pérez: "There is a building in New York that is similar to the Titans Tower. It may not look it, but it is architecturally sound. It can stand."[1] I haven't been able to find out what this building is, though. Daibhid C 12:49, 2 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
