In this article, a number of specific beer companies are described as "pushing the boundaries of traditional beer styles and experimenting with local ingredients, such as carob, honey, and citrus fruits, to create distinctive and flavourful brews." I feel like this leans somewhat towards being promotional language for the named beers but can't decide definitively whether it's worth it to remove the phrase. Thoughts either way?
