What about the Special awards

Special Trustees Award: Vincent Price (1993)

Trustees' Award for Specialty Press Excellence: Subterranean Press, William K. Schafer (2000)

Speciality Press Award: Necessary Evil Press (2005)
Speciality Press Award: PS Publishing (2006)

2012/2013 cycle

I expanded Bram Stoker Award for Lifetime Achievement—an upgrade to class C, i daresay, although i neglected to explain or link the name Bram Stoker.

The revision includes update for 2012/2013, as the two lifetime achievement winners were announced in February. See the references there.
