CYREN protein

[edit]

I was looking for the CYREN protein. :( — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greg.collver (talkcontribs) 20:28, 20 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Greg.collver: I couldn't find it either, so I started one: see CYREN (protein); feel free to expand it. Klbrain (talk) 22:03, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have suggested this article be merged to here as it was acquired by Commtouch and though it has some significant history I do not think it notable enough by itself. Also the article links to the F-Prot (http://www.f-prot.com/) product and not the company website (http://frisk.is/ but now redirects to CYREN). F-Prot (Q4038481) is likely more notable than FRISK Software International (Q774820). 50.53.1.33 (talk) 09:43, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose merge on the grounds that FRISK Software International had a relatively long independent history and is notable because of its early contributions to the antivirus business. There seem to be sufficient references to support it.Klbrain (talk) 22:13, 15 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
