Can it really be said that the quote cited under "Limitations" was overturned in Kelo? Kelo just expanded the definition of 'public use' to economic redevelopment so that the decision could fit under that statement made in Midkiff. Splat 02:16, 29 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
