If the historical paragraph speaks about the 1920s, it does not make much sense to write in the same sentence about television celebrity buying a property, does it? Whole historical paragraph needs to be cleaned and simplified. --Goldfinch (talk) 21:30, 26 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
