Profile

[edit]

This profile gets Gordon's position on climate change wrong. Gordon was an early proponent of taking seriously the human impact on climate. later he also studied non-anthropogenic causes, but he never wavered on his assessment that Co2 caused climate change and that this was a really serious problem. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.94.121.154 (talk) 20:22, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A joke?

[edit]

Nixon's remark, "I have three members of the Harvard class of 1950 on my staff, all summa cum laude," must have been meant as a joke, since only one member of a given graduating class can be designated summa cum laude, by definition.
