Tampering of refs

User:Nkywvuong has been POV-pushing their nomenclature for Taiwan in violation of Common Name protocols and is even unscrupulous enough to tamper with a USGS reference title just to fit their agenda (see [[1]]) and rudely make an edit summary in a language that not everyone can understand (see [[2]]). Requested move 3 April 2024

2024 Taiwan earthquake2024 Hualien earthquake. For consistency with other Taiwan earthquake articles such as the 2018 Hualien earthquake. As far as the template box is concerned, this is the only earthquake in Taiwan that uses Taiwan. Borgenland (talk) 14:01, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Support There is a pretty good chance there will be another earthquake notable enough to get a page before the year ends considering Taiwan’s geography. QuarioQuario54321 (talk) 16:34, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Support since about 85% of the impact is in Hualien Quake1234 (talk) 16:59, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Support: The earthquake hit Hualien a huge damage, especially "Uranus Building" (天王星大樓). Sinsyuan✍️🌏🚀 00:44, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Support: I think the article stands out on the category of taiwanese earthquakes, most of the articles in the category specify where the earthquake happened. Also, as KyuuA4 said, there is a essay about accuracy. DANGA14talk 00:56, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Support: It makes sense to specify the area, especially since it seems that Taiwan is very seismically active and the other articles of earthquakes also use an area rather than country. Pacamah (talk) 01:57, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
