In particular acts of genocide) or other persecutions of people due to their membership in a particular national, political, social, ethnic or religious group. Nazi crimes were perpetrated against Communists, homosexuals, Jews, Roma, Sinti, socialists, Poles and other Slavs, and Soviet POWs.
