"Dummy"
I am not sure "dummy" is the correct term to use to describe the Saturn 500F. Inert, or non-flying may be more appropriate. The Saturn 500F was non-flying, and had engine mass simulators (concrete blocks, etc.), but had functional fuel tanks and was used to test propellant loading (wet dress rehearsal) and build the countdown documentation.
