Historical Background

The University of Larkano has integrated several prominent educational institutions to form its core faculties. Notably:

- The University of Sindh, Larkana Campus, has been transformed into the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Quaid-e-Awam University College of Engineering Science and Technology, Nawabshah Campus Larkana, is now the Faculty of Engineering.

- The Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Agricultural College Dokri (SZABAC) Larkana has been restructured as the Faculty of Agriculture.
