OverIT, founded in 1999, is an Italy based Field Service Management (FSM), headquartered in Fiume Veneto, Pordenone, Italy.^{[citation needed]}

History

OverIT is widely recognized by organizations like Gartner and IDC as a major vendor in the Field Service Management and Field Collaboration software domain, and for GIS (Geographic Information System) expertise.^[1]

In the early stages of development, OverIT integrated GIS into Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.^{[citation needed]}

OverIT’s partnership includes Siemens, IBM, Esri, and SAP.^[2]

In 2021, the company separated from the Engineering Group, becoming an independent entity under the ownership of Bain Capital^[3] and NB Renaissance private equity funds.^{[citation needed]}
