Ioan Moraru

Romanian Doctor Ioan Moraru won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1985 as one of the three co-founders of "International physicians for the prevention of nuclear war",along with doctors Bernard Lown and Mikhail Kuzin, and co-author of the study they made on the effects of nuclear war.
