Mascot
Northview's mascot is the wildcat. The school colors are Black and Gold. They are members of the Northern Lakes League.
Ohio High School Athletic Association State Championships
- title won by Sylvania High School prior to renaming Northview after Southview opened.
A major rivalry is maintained between Sylvania Northview and Sylvania Southview. The two schools are only a few miles apart and still hold an immense rivalry. One of the largest games played in Sylvania is the football game played between the two schools. In 2006, the Northview Wildcats defeated the Southview Cougars with a score of 154-6.
