Press Release from Atlantic

Atlantic issued a press release through Marketwire [1] that provides additional details; however, I'm not entirely clear if this should be considered a "reliable source." I am going to incorporate information from it into the article; however, if there are concerns about the reliability and verifiability, another editor may choose to remove it. Fair use rationale for Image:Allthelostsouls.jpg

Image:Allthelostsouls.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Addressed. Risker 02:39, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Leaked?

Well, actually - probably not. The album has been available on legitimate sites for "listening" in relatively low quality as of September 8 or 9. Of course people can stream it, and have, and are now trying to sell these low quality "evaluation copies" as legit. None of that is particularly newsworthy or significant. It has been leaked in FLAC (lossless) and all other formats, and has been verified numerous times. Spectrals have been checked and logs have been made. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Chrisdazzo (talkcontribs) 21:42, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, if it has been verified numerous times, Chrisdazzo, perhaps you can provide a reliable, independent, third party source for this information. Thanks. Risker 21:58, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cock

F***ing **** released his second f***ing album on my f***ing birthday!

To have such a s***head still around in the charts after his first piss-poor attempt is just f***ing depressing...

Thanks for that oh so intelligent insight. I always say that us James blunt fans are the toughest music listeners in the world because we've got to defend our music and deal with assholes like these every day.
