"I Need to Know" is a 1999 hit song by Marc Anthony. The song reached to number 3 in the Billboard Hot 100.

The song is about how a man wants to know about a woman's feelings for him, going with the title "I need to know".

A Spanish language alternative version was made by Marc Anthony himself, and called "Dímelo (I Need To Know)", and was thusly featured in the album called Dimelo. This single reached number 1 on the Hot Latin Tracks.

Blake Lewis, the runner-up of the sixth season of American Idol, performed the song on the show on April 6, 2007. Anthony spouse Jennifer Lopez was the guest mentor. Lewis' studio version was released on the American Idol official website and later included on his Blake Lewis - EP, as well as in the American Idol Season 6: The Collector's Edition, the compilation of the studio versions of song performed by the finalists of Idol.
