In addition to this there are plenty of POV statements, that WINEP is neo-conservative springs to mind.

Martin Indyk is the most failed advisor in the history of the United States. It is safe to say that he is partially responsible for the deaths of many jews in Israel due to his failed Oslo Accords and his continuing refusal to take responsibility for this failed policy.
