Empezar desde Cero (Starting from Zero) is RBD's fourth studio album in Spanish, due out on November 20 2007. The album leaked onto the internet on November 8 2007.

Album information

During the first worldwide "RBD Day" press conference, on October 4, 2007, RBD confirmed the name of the album and announced it would have a November release. Later it was confirmed that it will be released on November 20, 2007, one year after their third Spanish album Celestial was released. On Empezar desde Cero, the other members have more solo-parts than before. On the previous albums, it were mostly Anahí, Dulce Maria and Christian who were doing the vocal part. On this album, both Christopher as Alfonso have a solo track/writing credits. "Sueles Volver", composed by Christopher and "Si No Estas Aqui", by Alfonso, both appear on the album. A demo version of "Sueles Volver" leaked onto internet in mid-May 2007, even before the album was announced. Maite's solosong, "Tal Vez Mañana", will not be included on the standard album.

The first single promoting the record is "Inalcanzable", which was released to worldwide radio stations on October 8 2007.

Wal-Mart released the official tracklist, while OpenDisc a similar track listing with three songs having altered names behind the original. It is believed the songs sample or cover the original English song, like on the previous albums. "Fui la Niña" supposedly covers/samples "Being a Good Girl", "Amor Fugaz" does "Love Is All There Is" and "Let's See Where It Go" would be the original for "Extraña Sensación".[1]

In Wal-Mart stores, there is an enhanced album which features a bonus DVD entitled Así Es RBD.[2] The bonus DVD features an one hour never before seen footage, videos, soap scenes and performances.

The Best Buy edition of the album comes with a bonus track called "Te Daria Todo", written by Dulce María.[3] It is also rumed that the U.S. edition, being the version on Circuit City, will contain a hidden bonus track called "Tal Vez Mañana", sung by Maite.[4]
