José Antonio Cedeño (born June 16, 1939, in Bayamo, Oriente, Cuba) is a self-taught Cuban artist specializing in sculture, drawing and painting.
He was experience professional like aeronautic engineering and automotive mechanics, he worked in the 1950's in Havana, Cuba. Since 1990 he was member of the U.N.E.A.C (Cuban artist and writers union).

He's first individual exhibitions was in 1971 José Cedeño. Antillana de Acero, Havana, CUBA.
Collectives Exhibitions
He participated in shows such as the II Trienal de Arte Insito (Naif), Bratislava, Czechoslovakuia, in 1969, 11 Pintores Ingenuos de Cuba, in Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes, Mexico City in 1976. He was also involved in Artistas Populares de Cuba, Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Havana, Cuba at 1981 and Inventario de Cosas Naturales. Pintores, Dibujantes y Escultores populares de Cuba, Centro de Desarrollo de las Artes Visuales, Havana, Cuba in 1990.
