Summerhill, Atlanta

Summerhill is a neighborhood directly south of Downtown Atlanta and the new Capitol Gateway development. it is also west of Grant Park, east of Mechanicsvile, and north of Peoplestown. Summerhill was site of the 1996 Summer Olympics Games at the old Olympic Stadium which is now Turner Field. Turner Field is where the Atlanta Braves play; thire previous stadium, Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium was their home when the team first moved to Atlanta in 1966 until they demolished it in 1997.

Summerhill is also home to such artist such as Young Dro and Ciara.

Mwalimu "Ghost" Clark is also from Summerhill. He is currently in college at Lincoln University of Missouri.
