Propose for deletion

This article has been tagged for notability since October 2007. I'm proposing its deletion due to I don't believe notability has been established. -Jahnx (talk) 06:36, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I will concede to consensus and guidelines, however the contributions to this article since it's creation have been very minor. Ancjr (talk) 09:18, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure if this would pass notability requirements but I don't think it would be a completely uncontroversial deletion. I'd feel a lot more comfortable if there was a consensus at AfD. Therefore, I'm contesting the PROD. Redfarmer (talk) 01:46, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Article documents a person directly involved in a series of significant legal events which were covered in numerous news stories, both in statewide and national news. These appeared in both print and television. There are additional oral arguments being made in his case, May 22nd 2008 before the Indiana Supreme Court. Ancjr (talk) 19:07, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
