Club career

Birmingham City

Till came through the Birmingham City Academy set-up when he joined the club as a schoolboy and earned a two-year professional contract in the summer of 2005. He was included in the matchday squad on a few occasions during 2004/05 as the '17th man' for Brimingham City.

Scunthorpe United

He was loaned to Scunthorpe United in October 2005, the last team his Blues played against before his temporary departure. In January 2006, he went out on loan again, this time to Boston United. He then went on loan to Leyton Orient on October 6 2006. He made his debut in a 0-0 draw against Chesterfield on October 8, 2006

Peter Till completed his first league game for Leyton Orient as they lost to Scunthorpe. They went on to lose 3-1 but Till turned in an admirable display against Scunthorope. He returned back to Birmingham in early November 2006 before moving to Grimsby Town on a months loan and had his first appearance against Accrington Stanley on 25th November and had a very good game.

Grimsby Town

On 5th January 2007 Peter Till was sold to Grimsby Town by Brimingham City.
