Pine Tree Independent School District is a public school district based in Longview, Texas (USA). Pine Tree ISD serves western portions of Longview.

Alan Anthony is the all-time win leader for the Pine Tree Wrestling team. Setting the record in 2005-2006 wrestling season with 40 wins. Alan finished off the season getting 2nd place in the state tournament in Austin.
Brent Alexander followed up the next season with a perfect record of 32-0 before he broke his jaw in a motorcycle accident and couldn't go the the regional tournament. Filling in for him was Skye Estes who went on to get 3rd at the state tournament in Austin.
