Bill Gwatney

William "Bill" Gwatney is the current State Chair of the Democratic Party of Arkansas and a superdelegate to the 2008 Democratic National Convention.[1] Prior to being State Chair, he was a State Senator and State Attorney General. He also owns three car dealerships in Pulaski County, Arkansas.[2][3]

On August 13, 2008, a gunman entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas and shot Gwatney shot three times, critically wounding him. [4]
