I'm wondering whether my father-in-law is noteworthy enough to add an article:
Eugene "Gene" Accas served in executive capacities for major entertainment and advertising companies including NBC, ABC, Grey Global Group and Leo Burnett, where he retired as head of the international agency’s New York City office in 1982.
He was the author of three books, including 1998's The Best in Television; 50 Years of the Emmys, and was a guest on 60 Minutes as spokesperson for the advertising industry. His non-profit and educational endeavors included guest lecture series at Columbia University, New York University and Syracuse University and leadership positions for the television conferences of the Aspen Institute and the Television Conference Foundation.
Gene was born in New York City, New York on October 6, 1922 and died on September 30, 2008 in Los Angeles, California

Great photos! With those, Wikipedia visitors won't have to stare at the words of those articles and try to squeeze an imagined picture in their brains -- which may leads to misleading result. :-)
Were you the professional photographer of Kauai 1.jpg? Aerial photos are excellent for WP geographical articles.
Welcome again (Yep, rare good photographers deserve a welcome twice).

Hi, Aion. It looks like you added St. Barbara to the List of saints article, but indicated that none of the churches we have listed consider her a saint? Was this a typo? If no one ranks her among the saints, she should be removed from that page, shouldn't she? Wesley 16:37 1 Jul 2003 (UTC)
- I did a tiny bit more research; Google turned up http://www.saintbarbara.org/about/frp_stbarb.html; between that and the link at the bottom to their archbishop's comments, it seems clear that the Greek Orthodox honor her as a saint; I found mention of her as a saint on some Coptic web sites as well, so I'm going to check the Greek and Ethiopian columns for her. She does have a great story! Wesley 16:20 2 Jul 2003 (UTC)
Gray Whale Ranch very detailed. :-) You can also name the external links (maybe a short desc if the title is unclear as is), so the reader don't have to go to all sites. --Menchi 21:55 13 Jul 2003 (UTC)

Hi. I added a note to Image:Manila646 1899.jpg and added the image to the Philippine-American War article. Nice images, thanks for uploading them! -- Infrogmation 18:33, 8 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Would you be interested in attending an L.A.-area Wiki meetup?
It appears as though L.A. has never had a Wiki meetup. Would you be interested in attending such an event? If so, checkout User:Eric Shalov/Wikimeetup

Hi, Aion. I'm not sure if you are still active in Wikipedia. I noticed that the copyright of this image is held by John T. Alfors, but you listed it as GFDL. Are you John Alfors? Alternatively, did you get permission from Mr. Alfors to release his photo via GFDL?
Please let me know on my Talk page. Thanks! -- hike395 04:46, 25 September 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks, Aion! I just uploaded the photo to Commons (Commons:Mt Shasta from CA89.jpg). If you have Lake Tahoe images, feel free to upload them yourself and add them to Commons:Lake Tahoe. Thanks again! -- hike395 06:37, 19 November 2005 (UTC)
