Celibacy issue

Quite clearly, there are some here who are ignorant of the Vinaya. All bikshus (gelong) and novices (getsul) must maintain celibacy. The only exceptions are great siddhas such as Serkong Dorje Chang who had to receive permission from the 13th Dalai Lama to do consort practice. Even in Nyingma, the bikshus do not take consorts. Only the ngakpa lamas do so. The term lama does not neccesarily denote that the person is a bikshu - there are many lay lamas. Though the 15th Karmapa may had the approprate realisation to do so, to generalise and say that only the Gelugpas keep such vows is misleading and saying the bikshu sangha in the other lineages are breaking their vows.
