Elshan Moradi Abadi (also spelt Elshan Moradiabadi, Persian: الشن مرادی ابدی, born 22 May 1985) is a chess grandmaster from Iran.

Aged 16, he won the 2001 Iranian Chess Championship with a score of 10/11, ahead of Ehsan Ghaem Maghami.

He is a student at Sharif University of Technology in Tehran. He has been studying in NODET Schools from 1996 till 2003.
