Human Appeal International is a British charity that has been accused of association with terrorism. Bosnian Guantanamo detainee Boudelle El-Hadj's worked for Human Appeal International.[1] His Combatant Status Review Tribunal made clear that it was his work for the charity was what first triggered suspicion from American security officials.[2]
