Doodle Jump is a game for the iPhone/iPod Touch developed by Lima Sky. It has been the number one downloaded app in 5 countries including the US.[1]
Gameplay
In Doodle Jump, the goal is to make it up the farthest without dying. To move, tilt the iPod/iPhone to one side, you can also grab a propeller or a jetpack to go faster for a limited time. There are also, the enemies, who the doodler has to shoot or jump on top of to kill. [2]
Monsters
To make the game more exciting the Lima Sky created obstacles for the doodler, one of them is the monsters, which the player has to shoot at to not be knocked.
UFO
There is another monster, who the shield does not work with, it's the UFO, that can abduct the doodler.
Accessories
There are two kinds of accessories in Doodle Jump, shields and propellers. For now there is only one type of shield and two kinds of propellers, hats and rockets.
Platforms
There are many types of platforms in Doodle Jump that make the game interesting, these are their colors and functions:
