Date of Construction

The article seems to be based on one source, however in researching this building I discovered a Government publication on tall buildings which gives the date of completion as 1967. I propose taking this date as the correct year because the 1965 date has no source other than the brochure publication Skyscraper News. 91.104.145.190 (talk) 15:05, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
