User Keverding

Keverding has been posting a string of links, all to the same site. The activity looked to me exactly like spamming, so I deleted the links, and posted warnings on User talk:Keverding. Keverding then restored one of the links, and you posted a final warning, which is exactly what I would have done. However, Keverding has now posted a query on my talk page, which has prompted me to look more closely at the links, and I have decided they are perfectly good links, not spam at all, and I have restored them. But there aren't any human rights there. The government controls the media. Furthermore, all criminals are convicted before their trial even begins, and the actual trial is a mere formality.
