German...American...either/or?

I've tried to update this article, but I'm not quite sure what to do about the question of nationality. Obviously Jana's German, born in Germany to German parents, but she competes for the USA in international events, and she couldn't do that if she didn't have American citizenship. I'm reasonably sure she's a dual citizen but I habven't been able to find anything to confirm this. I have left it as "German-American" for now because that seems to cover both bases.
