The following is a list of surviving veterans of the First World War (28 July 1914 – 11 November 1918).
Puerto Rico resident Emiliano Mercado del Toro, born 21 August 1891, is believed to be the oldest surviving veteran, and even the oldest living man since 19 November 2004.
