Albania exists since 1912. Later through the history there wasn't exist a political entity within that name. So, this is a hoax in the article's title, because Albania was never under the Bulgarian Empire. Politically motivated title. Dejvas (talk) 07:20, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The whole article does not meet any encyclopedia standards and is quite biased. Plus using 'empire' for the Bulgarian medieval state is not correct or at least is controversial and should be noted somewhere. 193.200.14.179 (talk) 13:15, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
