About
Westwood High School - Junior Campus is an English language high school located in St. Lazare, Quebec, roughly 24 km west of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The school is administered by the Lester B. Pearson School Board.
The school bridges the gap between the small personal world of elementary school and the larger, more complex world of the senior school. Teachers, in each of the curriculum areas, work together to ensure that cross-disciplinary connections are made as often as possible. Teachers of the junior level are particularly sensitive to the rapid social, emotional, intellectual and physical development of their students.[1]
On June 7th, 2010, Westwood High School - Junior Campus will become a member of Peaceful Schools International.
