Ernest Lorenzo Dee (born November 5, 1989 in Naga City, Camarines Sur, Philippines) is a Filipino actor, model, and champion swimmer. He is the younger brother of another Filipino actor model, AJ Dee. Enchong is currently part of ABS-CBN's Star Magic group of talents. He is best known for playing the roles of Blue in the teen-oriented show Abt Ur Luv. He recently starred as Jomari Buenavista, alongside Katorse co-star Erich Gonzales, on the series Tanging Yaman.

Biography

Ernest Lorenzo “Enchong” Dee, born November 5, 1988, is a Filipino actor, model, heartthrob and champion swimmer.

Dee’s first TV appearance came in 2006 when he appeared in a popular Philippine talk show Homeboy as one of the guests. He caught the eye of a modeling agency and advertisers and soon he appeared in several big campaigns including Bench, KFC and Timex.

Dee’s promising career took off when he landed several acting roles in 2007 up to present time such as “Sineserye”, “Komiks: Pedro Penduko at ang mga Engkantao”, “Abt Ur Luv” book 1 & 2, “My Girl” and “Your Song Presents: My Only Hope”, “Maruja”, Katorse and Tanging Yaman.

Aside from his acting and modeling career, Dee is also part of the Philippine national swim team and has participated in the SEA Games and 2006 Asian Games. He has won over 400 medals as a swimmer. After graduating from Naga Hope Christian School, one of the top high schools in Naga City, Camarines Sur, he further pursued his swimming career at De La Salle University in Manila.

Advocacy

Enchong is actively supporting various charitable projects and events, he is part of "Magic for a Cause Charity Fashion Show" that benefited victims of Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy) and Parma (Pepeng). Having graduated Developmental Studies, it is not surprising that he is also a part of an upcoming Sustainable Lifestyles campaign by the United Nations Environment Programme.
