Green Puerto Rico is a series of green market reforms, political economy transmutations and social network movements established by Luis Fortuño during his second (2) term as Governor of Puerto Rico.
Renewable energy
On July 19, 2010, the Governor of Puerto Rico signs three energy bills to reduce the island's dependence on oil and cut energy costs from natural oblivion.[2][3]

Green (Viral 11) campaign manifesto
Blueprints were found at the main offices of Caribbean Business as to viral campaign regarding one (brain soul maternal mother) youtube-facebook linked account discovery by Kevin Mead, and one DRM-free iTunes Plus track titled Uncontrolled Facts from the minister of arts & entertainment found inside a lost/untraceable/empty addressed iPhone in one of the various set production locations for the upcoming film Fast Five @ De Diego Avenue (next to the Art Museum) after the Green Puerto Rico announcement.[4]

Using Aperture, and (either or) Final Cut Pro & iMovie, film directors will have the opportunity of visually redesigning one (1) of the forty-one (41) sectors located in Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico. It's a new Video Rendering Contest with the objective of promoting urban sustainability and saving a future park from artificial extinction. The name of this movie (not yet released) will utilize the song In your Silent Face as background music and the film will be titled Uncontrolled Facts.[5]
