I've been around Wikipedia with ever increasing degrees of consistency since 2006, and have always edited constructively. I'm familiar with all relevant general policies, especially WP:Reviewing. I've twice now since the trial began had the desire and need to stop patent vandalism and nonsense, but not the ability to do so.
