Z. E. Cliff House is a historic house, built in 1900, and located at 29 Powderhouse Terrace in Somerville, Massachusetts. Zebedee Cliff was an Alderman and later a Mayor of the city of Somerville. A carpenter turned developer he has been credited with undertaking over $2 million worth of construction in Somerville before his death in 1934. [2]

The American shingle style house was built in 1900 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
