Proposed deletion of Major Examples of Last Stand in History

I have speedy deleted the page Major Examples of Last Stand in History under A3. See User talk:Imdabs#Proposed deletion of Major Examples of Last Stand in History for more details. Please let me know if you notice any similar titled article being created. -- PBS (talk) 06:50, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Skamecrazy123 and thanks for patrolling new pages! I've just changed the speedy rationale on The amazing race 12 from {{db-g3}} to {{db-g2}}. I think the article should be deleted, but I don't think the user was vandalising or acting in bad faith; I think he was only trying to test wikimarkup. Hope you don't mind. Salvio Let's talk 'bout it! 14:30, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Sports clubs

Generally, all major professional sports teams are notable, but semi-professional teams are borderline notable. There aren't any policies or guidelines for these teams, but AfDs usually determine if these pages stay or go. Do you have a page in mind? It may be easier for me to determine if it is notable or not. Eagles 24/7 (C) 15:50, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you look at the team's league's page, you can see that almost all the teams have pages. The one only that was deleted was because it was entirely composed of copyrighted text. I'd say the Greensborough article is notable enough. Eagles 24/7 (C) 00:09, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

2010-11 Al-Ahly Season

Hi! Thanks for your message, but I really cannot understand the problem in the page. Is it poor in information or not important for readers ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ismail Shahin (talkcontribs) 13:14, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

BASSE footbag wiki page

Hi! Your question about Basse:

   * Is the book/source you have cited written by you? No. The book source is from http://www.basse.no/basse-ein-trondersport/
   * Are there any other sources you can find on the subject. On http://www.flickr.com/groups/basse/pool/with/4700004440/ there are many Norwegian articles about Basse.
I am actively working to spread Basse as a serious footbag sport in Scandinavia and to other countries. Translation of game rules into English, Danish, Swedish and Spanish are planned...
