"Shine on Forever (Photo Frame)" is the first single by The X Factor finalists Same Difference from their second studio album. The digital download was released on 29 August 2010 with the CD single being released the following day. The single has already topped the 7digital charts beating artists such as Katy Perry.
Critical reception
The song is critically acclaimed. Music crtitics gave the single extremely good reviews. Entertainment Focus states: "the catchiest pop chorus we've heard this year" and various other music articles give good reviews towards the video as well.
Comparisons
The video has been compared to Kylie Minogue's Spinning Around and most compared, is a part of the chorus which is compared to Journey's Don't Stop Believin'. The song has also been compared to other groups such as The X Factor's 2008 runners-up JLS.
Music video
The music video was directed by Lauren Pushkin. It is set in a nightclub with dancers and Sarah and Sean sing separately by themselves and come together at one point in the video and sing as a duo. The video was filmed in the Lightbox Room at London's Fire nightclub.

StyleThe style in Same Difference's new single is very different to their previous one. Due to being signed to a new record label, Same Difference were given a new and more funky look. Their videos have also changed and their music is now being directed more towards the teenage market and is more original than their previous style which was often aimed at children and compared to High School Musical.
