Conor has a brother named Rory Mullen who is also an actor. Conor Mullen met his girlfriend Fiona Bell on the set of Soldier Soldier (1991). Connor Mullen has two daughters called Hannah and Georgia.

Holby City

In 2007, Conor began playing the role of Chrissie Williams abusive boyfriend Stuart McElriy in the BBC Medical Drama Holby City. Conor left Holby City in 2008 as his charater was arrested and taken away by the Police.
