Tbooth Wireless/la Cabine T sans fil is a subsidiary of GLENTEL Inc., the leading provider of innovation and reliable telecommunications services and solutions across North America. History
Prior to 2005, Tbooth/ la Cabine T (now Tbooth Wireless/la Cabine T sans fil) was a retail chain with a head office in Montreal and locations throughout Ontario and Quebec. It was known primarily for its mobile and novelty fixed-line phones. In 2005, GLENTEL bought Tbooth Wireless/la Cabine T sans fil to increase GLENTEL’s presence in shopping malls across Canada. Since then, the number of Tbooth Wireless (and by association, la Cabine T sans fil) stores has increased by over 50% and has expanded westward into Alberta and British Columbia.

Ad Campaigns
Tbooth Wireless launched the new campaign, ‘fits you to a T’ in July 2010, an integrated, national campaign delivering a simple message to Canadian mobile phone users: with a huge choice of mobile phones and plans from carriers Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, Fido Solutions, Solo Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Chatr Wireless in one store, Tbooth Wireless Consultants can find a phone to fit every Canadian, to a T. [6] This campaign communicates the message to Canadians that their unbiased Wireless Consultants are trained to determine an ideal match – and can find a phone and plan that reflects each individual’s personality, lifestyle and functional requirements.
Awards
GLENTEL was named the Burnaby Board of Trade’s “Business of the Year” for 2007 for its outstanding contribution in the combined areas of business success, innovation and community service. [7] Additionally, GLENTEL was inducted into the Burnaby Business Hall of Fame in October 2009. [8]
