Rajat Kapoor (Hindi: रजत कपूर) is an Indian actor and director born in 1961. He has acted in many successful films like Dil Chahta Hai, Corporate and Bheja Fry.

He was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor for The Prisoner at the 2008 Asia Pacific Screen Awards.
