dePRODing of articles

Hello Noq, this is an automated message from SDPatrolBot to inform you the PROD templates you added to a number of articles were removed:

  • PROD removed from Nuspire, by User:Nubee, with summary '(Challenging a proposed deletion for Notablility by adding references from national and local new sources.)'

Please consider discussing your concerns with the relevant users before pursuing deletion further. Classical Esther Silverherb

Thank you, noq, for your very kind message. I am very obliged to you, and may I please have the honor of your acquaintance? How may I ask questions to you ect? I know nothing of the computer, and I hope writing on the talk page in this fashion is not a mistake or a liberty. My first wish is to be a good Wikipedian, but I have no idea how. Please help! And once again, thank you. Please contact me! It shall gratify me unspeakably. Again, thank you, and goodbye!(UTC) p.s. what does (UTC) mean anyway? @.@ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Classical Esther (talkcontribs)

Speedy deletion of ANATROLLER ARI-100

Please do not delete this page it is for infomational purposes on Canadian robotics, this robot is studied at the ETS university in montreal and the article is currently under construction, I should be inserting media refernces of the robot right now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Canadiansteve (talkcontribs)

Sorry!

Hi mgt98 here

I'm sorry.

I might have had false information.

See ya!

Leicester Mercury edit

Hi Noq - I have edited something you added to the Leicester Mercury page. Your edit suggested that the Mercury is now produced in Nottingham. That is not true. Only a very small part of the back-end production was moved to Nottingham in April 2009. The vast majority of staff remain in Leicester. All writing, editing and proofing is still done in Leicester, as is the design of all major pages. Photographers and feature writers are all based in Leicester.

I hope this helps.

Your recent 'edits'

Your behaviour is seriously 'uncivil' so stop keep tagging my articles with junk and claiming you can have been people blocked. I'll get you blocked if you keep winding me up in this fashion. Just who do you think you are?LarkinToad2010 (talk) 18:55, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Maxime Médard modifications

Sorry to respond 4 months late. About the Maxime Médard modifications I made which were reverted (nicknames: Max la Menace....etc), I don't understand the "vandalism" accusation: these are actual nicknames given to him here in France, and appearing in the french wiki version.

AlexSB deletion

Removing the copyrighted text and photos, what else is considered to not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria ? --MOHAMED ELRAYANY (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 00:35, 2 September 2010 (UTC).[reply]

How does it meet the guidelines for notability? Also, this needs to be backed up with independent WP:reliable sources. noq (talk) 07:49, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Toq, I see that you deleted some of the external links as youtube channel and our forum links, despite these links provides a reference for our work, how does that come and I see other pages that they putting their forum and linked in links too ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Amr9090 (talkcontribs) 12:47, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
None of the external links are WP:reliable sources so cannot be used to establish notability. Other pages should not do it and they are likely to be deleted from them sooner or later. noq (talk) 12:53, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Take a look on the YouTube Channel, you will find us documenting our videos that show the conferences, competitions, sessions, announcements and so on .. How it can't be reliable source ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Amr9090 (talkcontribs) 13:10, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Can you answer Amr9090's question ? --MOHAMED ELRAYANY (talk) 14:08, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Please read the article on WP:reliable sources linked to here and above. Anyone can post to youtube without any editorial control so it is not considered a reliable source. Also read WP:ORG for relevant notability guidelines. Wikipedia does not exist to promote your organisation and any pages must meet these guidelines. noq (talk) 15:21, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
As I followed the rules, and enhanced the article, Can you remove the note for deletion ? --MOHAMED ELRAYANY (talk) 14:02, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It has gone to an AFD discussion and that will decide whether it remains or not. You can make your arguments for keeping it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/IEEE AlexSB. noq (talk) 08:35, 5 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edit of Article: Poddar

Kindly do not remove information from wikipedia pages unnessesarily. You have removed the names of many people from the disamigious page: "Poddar", saying that they are not notable, in reality they actually are very notable people which is evident from the brief information about them provided against their name in the article and a lot information about them is present in the various wikiepedia articles in various languages.

Rishabh Poddar S 17:27, 3 September 2010 (UTC)

please show why they are WP:Notable rather than just saying they are "obviously notable". They are not linked to any English Wikipedia articles and have no referenes. noq (talk) 01:00, 4 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Lord of the dance (parodies)

I removed the prod tag you placed on Lord of the dance (parodies) as the article creator explicitly objected to deletion on the article talk page. Compliance with policy/procedure is the only reason I removed the prod; I have no opinion on the merits of the article's deletion. Please open an AfD if you still believe the article should be deleted. —KuyaBriBriTalk 20:03, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of other SAAFL pages

Just in regards to your proposed speedy deletion of Eastern Park Football Club, I would consider other league club's articles be worse than this, such as Henley Football Club, Salisbury North, Modbury Football Club, Gepps Cross Football Club and Adelaide University Football Club. If these are considered adequate articles, I would suggest keeping Eastern Park Football Club, as there are many links on the SAAFL in direction to the article. The list indicates the organisations-cental or private involved in the growth of Electric power plant engineering. The list/information is no where available on internet in the way we are trying here to produce. Let us give this information/article some more time to evolve. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ravitkmmc (talkcontribs) 08:06, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just a heads up, I think this diff of yours meant to undo all 3 of the previous revisions, but only caught the last one. Right? AllynJ (talk | contribs) 08:33, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You are correct - thanks for that - its sorted now. noq (talk) 12:18, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
