This is a list of characters from the television series iCarly.

Main characters

Carly Shay

Carlotta "Carly" Shay - (Miranda Cosgrove) is the main protagonist of the show. Carly appears to be 13 in season 1, 14 in season 2, 15 in season 3, and turns 16 on the world premiere "iGot a Hot Room" . She lives with her older brother Spencer. Her father is stationed overseas in the Navy, and her mother is never mentioned. In the first episode she takes the heat for one of Sam's pranks and has to oversee people who want to be in the school's talent show. When Carly, Sam and Freddie's suggestions are completely ignored, they decide to make a web show named iCarly upon Freddie's suggestion, with the 'i' standing for 'internet'. Carly is smart and gets good grades, going for straight A's in one episode. She is kind and a little naive at times, wanting to believe in the best in people. She is also quite level headed and in many ways more grown up than her older brother. It is also noted that she has asthma and supposedly suffered a severe asthma attack when she was seven as shown in the episode "iWanna Stay With Spencer" She often tries to make peace between Sam and Freddie when they argue. She has, on occasion, wondered why she and Sam are friends, because Sam tends to get Carly into trouble, but she loves Sam anyway. Freddie has a crush on her, which she is aware of. She, however, doesn't feel the same way (which she has told him on many occasions). However, in "iSaved Your Life", Carly wanted her and Freddie to become more than friends, because Freddie pushed her out of the way of a taco truck, getting hit himself instead. In iSpace Out and iSam's Mom it is seen that Carly is claustrophobic.

Sam Puckett

Samantha "Sam" Puckett (Jennette McCurdy) is Carly Shay's tomboy best friend and co-host of iCarly. She can be easily described as a tomboy, prone to aggression, pranking, among many other things. It is mentioned in the series that she has been arrested three times. In the episode "iWon't Cancel the Show", Sam gets arrested a fourth time after a man cut in front of her in a market, and she shoved a chili dog down his pants, only to find out he was the ambassador of Mexico. The reasons for the other three arrests are not mentioned. Sam is also portrayed as gluttonous, with a particular love for meat (fried chicken, ham, bacon, steak, ribs and pork).Sam appears to be 13 in season 1, 14 in season 2, 15 in season 3, and 16 in season 4.

She occasionally refers to herself as "Momma." Despite her laziness and unhealthy dietary predilections, Sam is shown as being physically fit and several episodes show her flipping over full grown men with ease. Sam lives at home with her mother (portrayed by Jane Lynch[1]), although she often stays with Carly, as she is dissatisfied with her home life. Her father has never been mentioned, much like Carly's mother. Her relationship with Freddie is seen as complex. Throughout the first season, the two show a strong dislike for each other and make no attempts to hide it. Despite this, she and Freddie have also kissed, but it is unknown if she liked it, which makes their relationship even more complex. Sam also tends to insult any other girl who has a crush on Freddie. Despite her short stature, Sam is shown to have a remarkable amount of strength and intimidation. She also has a rabid three-legged cat named "Frothy". Sam has a twin sister named Melanie (also played by Jennette McCurdy) who is, in terms of personality, Sam's polar opposite. It is revealed in "iMeet Fred" that she has an aunt Maggie.

In "iWas a Pageant Girl", it is revealed that Sam used to compete in beauty pageants (and came second in 19 pageants) but got suspended for seven years due to her being suspected of pushing a candidate down a stage (Sam says she was framed). Sam pushes Carly into doing the pageant when she finds out her old rival is going for her 100th straight win. At the pageant Sam finds out she can compete because it has been seven and a half years since the ban. For the talent part Sam dances with her old coach and comes out with first place. In iGot a Hot Room Sam speaks fluent Italian. It is also implied that she can play a trombone. In iPity the Nevel and other episodes, it is seen that Sam loves to dance. In "iGet Pranky", Sam reveals that she has a small crush on Spencer and that was what was keeping her from beating him up after numerous pranks performed on her, Freddie, Carly and Gibby although if she didn't she would have made sure he felt "momma's" wrath.

The only episode Sam hasn't made an appearance on was iWon't Cancel the Show; it was explained that she was in juvie. In reality, Jennette McCurdy was in the hospital during the taping of the episode.

It was revealed in "ITwins", that Sam has an Identical Twin Sister, Melanie. Melanie is the complete opposite of Sam, she never gets into trouble, always looks clean, and doesn't fight.

Freddie Benson

Fredward "Freddie" Benson (Nathan Kress) is the technical producer for the web-show iCarly, which stars his best friend and crush, Carly Shay, and his frenemy, Sam Puckett. He is often scapegoat when it comes to Sam's bad ideas. Freddie is deeply infatuated with Carly, but Carly insists on being just friends. However, in iSaved Your Life, Carly falls for him due to him saving her from getting run over by a taco truck. This does not last long, however, because Freddie believed that she only loved him for his actions, not for the real him, based on advice Sam gave him. Freddie's relationship with Sam in the first season shows a strong dislike for each other. However, they have become more civil to one another as the series progresses to the point of them only arguing when they're around other people. In "iKiss", Freddie and Sam share their first kiss, because they want to "just get it over with." As of Season 2, Freddie's voice has become deeper over time due to Nathan Kress, who was 15 at the time, going through puberty. Freddie appears to be 13 to 14 in season 1, 14 to 15 in season 2, 15 in season 3, and 16 in season 4.

Freddie constantly finds himself on the wrong end of Sam's demeanor and his near-psychotic mother's over-protectiveness. Throughout the series, Sam insults him, causes physical harm to him, or pulls pranks on him without hesitation, and also insults any girl who is attracted to him. Freddie gradually gets used to this so much so that in "iKiss", he stated that "his life would feel too weird if she didn't make him miserable all the time". In the episode "iReunite With Missy", Sam asks for Freddie's help and when Carly finds out she says to Freddie "You care about Sam" which shows that despite her constant abuse, he sees her as a good friend. Freddie is shown as something of a technology buff, often speaking in terms that neither Carly nor Sam can comprehend. This is one of the sources of Sam's ridicule of Freddie. He is shown as being a very effective producer, though he is given little credit for iCarly's popularity. Sam eventually somewhat realizes his vital role to the webcast when a girl named Valerie makes him her technical producer instead, and iCarly is greatly hindered as a result. It is also known that Freddie is interested in studying multiple foreign languages, so far including French and Spanish. As from the second season, he is frequently heard exclaiming phrases in Spanish. In iGo to Japan, it is revealed that he also has a GPS chip in his head due to his mother being overprotective of him, which was used to find them after they were ditched by two Japanese people near Tokyo.

Freddie's relationship with his mom is a very strained one. She means well, but can be a bit overprotective. At the end of the day, though, they love each other. From certain references in the show, it can be gathered that they are religious to an extent, as he reffered to a pair of pants he specifically wears for church. His father is not mentioned.

Spencer Shay

Spencer Shay (Jerry Trainor) is Carly's older brother. When Carly's parents were called overseas, Carly went to live with her older brother, Spencer. An eccentric, aspiring artist, he's turned the loft into both a workspace and gallery for his wacky sculptures. Spencer is off-beat and rarely acts his age (for example, he wears light-up socks). Spencer is kooky but he steps up and acts responsibly when it counts. In addition to making sculptures, he has been shown to be an incredibly talented artist; while trying to teach Carly to draw, he quickly drew a professional-looking rabbit without even looking at the pad, much to Carly's amazement. However, when Spencer tries to involve himself in something besides sculpting, it tends to spontaneously set itself on fire, such as when he is playing drums he found at the local junkyard (he gets almost everything besides food and clothes from the junkyard) - he hits the cymbal and it sets on fire. He's often the focus of the subplot of each episode, usually finding himself in a strange situation.

In several episodes, it is stated that Spencer went to law school (because of his father's wishes) for a total of three days before dropping out. Spencer didn't tell their father and claims that their father is busy. Spencer appears to be 26 in season 1, 27 in season 2, 28 in season 3 and 29 in season 4.

Though often spontaneous and unreliable, Spencer is shown to be extremely protective of Carly, shown in episodes such as "iQuit iCarly", when he sees Carly about to fall out of a window and sprints, screaming the whole way, to her rescue. In the first episode of Season 4, "iGot A Hot Room", he has his hair cut by Gibby's blind grandfather. He has also had numerous girlfriends throughout the series.Such as Stephanie from a grocery store (which he has had a crush on since he first saw her) and a very high class girl in "iWon't Cancel The Show". it is also revealed that Spencer has pulled numerous pranks during his youth in "iGetPranky".

Gibby Gibson

Charles Cornelius "Gibby" Gibson (Noah Munck) is a friend and classmate of Carly, Sam, and Freddie. Due to his odd personality and pudgy appearance, he is an outcast at school, although he does have a few friends. A running gag on the show is that Gibby often takes his shirt off when he gets excited, or he is seen without it in almost every episode in which he is featured. Though he takes off his shirt sometimes when he's not excited. He often appears on iCarly to assist Carly, Sam, and Freddie. In season four, Gibby becomes a main character.[2] Gibby has a little brother named Guppy (played by Munck's younger brother), who is seen in the episode "iPsycho", "iSell Penny Tees", "iDo" and "iStart a Fan War". Gibby appears to be 12 to 13 in season 1, 13 to 14 in season 2, 14 to 15 in season 3, and 15 to 16 in season 4.

Much like Freddie, he is one of the favorite victims of Sam's pranks, but she has shown to have more respect for him despite in one episode Gibby asked her to the dance, but she broke his thumb. In "iEnrage Gibby", the episode shows Gibby can be ruthless and jealous, but much in a comedic way. In the same episode, it is shown that he is a skilled kickboxer, and he also started to have hand-to-hand combat lessons with Sam (much of Freddie's dismay, because Gibby wants to use this martial ability against him). In iMove out, he had a pet bulldog named Grubbles. Gibby is shown to be a very capable fighter, almost to the level of Sam, shown in iPsycho where he single-handedly fought against an insane iCarly fan holding the gang hostage, as well as displaying abnormal strength by smashing down a barricaded door. While he has these fighting skills, it's unknown as to why he puts up with bullying from others, though its possible he doesn't like to fight unless he's angry or has no other choice. His mom went on a date with Spencer, but they broke up because he looked too much like Carly and Charlotte Gibson (Gibby's Mom) looked too much like Gibby. His parents are divorced and he has a younger brother named Guppy. He has some emotional problems because he is the main target for most bullies (mostly Sam).

Recurring characters

Marissa Benson

Marissa Benson (Mary Scheer) is Freddie's deranged and overprotective soccer mom, seeming to border on neuroticism at times. She first appeared in "iWanna Stay with Spencer". She constantly treats her son like a child, and is very paranoid about him getting hurt or having relationships with girls (especially Carly), but in "iWill Date Freddie", she wanted Carly to love him. Marissa constantly embarrasses Freddie in public, often by showing off his baby pictures to kids at school or by commenting to them about some awkward medical issue he is having. According to Freddie, her pregnancy lasted eleven months as "I wanted to be sure you were done!" She makes Freddie follow all of her strange policies and rules that she enforces. She's also shown not to care about other people's opinions, always interrupting their objections to her orders in a "that's final" tone of voice. She has a somewhat adversarial relationship with Carly, often viewing her as "competition" for her son's affection. Their relationship worsens in "iSaved Your Life", where Marissa blames Carly for Freddie getting hit by a taco truck, saying sinisterly in her ear, "It should have been you!". Most likely she is either widowed or divorced, and chose to give Freddie her maidenname. She has no known husband, late or ex, although she had a temporary relationship with Lewbert until it ended due to his attitude when Freddie fell down the stairs, which was persona set by Carly & Sam to end it. Despite her paranoid, jealous and selfish behavior, Marissa is a kind mother, as shown in "iMove Out" (at the end).

Lewbert

Lewbert (Jeremy Rowley) is the mean, vain doorman of Carly's apartment. He is 33 years old and was born on September 13, 1977. He has a large, very noticeable wart on his left cheek. In the episode "iFind Lewbert's Lost Love", he reveals that the wart developed because of his abusive ex-fiancee, Marta, although his mother said he had it since he was a boy. She also caused Lewbert to change his name, move to Seattle, and go crazy because of her over-obsessiveness. He is later sent to jail (by smacking a police officer on the face and by saying he is the one who was stealing the T.V. remotes) so he can escape Marta. He is featured on the bit "Messin' with Lewbert" on iCarly, in which Carly, Sam and Freddie pull pranks on him, once going so far that they accidentally blew his wart off his face with an "exploding muffin basket", made to shoot confetti, but blew up as an explosive, and his wart ended up landing on Carly's sneaker. He had a short-lived romance with Freddie's mother. However, the relationship did not last because of his attitude after Freddie fell down the stairs while wearing "open-toed shoes", which was actually a persona designed by Carly & Sam to end the relationship. The fictional "Dingo Channel" parodied him by the name of Rupert on the show "Totally Teri". Lewbert is based on an enraged and crazed customer who tore his own arm off played by Rowley on The Amanda Show from a "Blockblister" segment. Mrs. Benson slapped him on iBeat the Heat and popped his wart.

Nevel Papperman

Nevel Papperman (Reed Alexander) is the main antagonist of the show. He is 11 years old when he first appears, and by the time he last appears he is at least 13. Nevel runs a popular website, Nevelocity.com, on which he reviews other websites. He tends to have a "posh" personality which includes dressing formally all the time. At first, he has a crush on Carly and initially offered to interview her in order to get close to her, but she refused his romantic advances and rubs his face with a special dip his mother makes, called "tapenade". Nevel tries to take revenge by writing a scathing review of iCarly.com on Nevelocity.com. He is extremely intelligent, often using complex plans that hide his involvement at first. Despite his intelligence, he often underestimates the iCarly gang, leading to his defeat. Most of his plans backfire, unfortunately, resulting in him suffering in some way and presumably causing his website to increasingly run out of business due to his corrupt, vindictive nature. It is revealed in the episode "iGive Away a Car" that his dream is to open his own haberdashery. He does not appear at all in season 3, but will return in the season 4 episode "iPity The Nevel", although he was mentioned in one of Spencer's pranks in iGet Pranky. He has also appeared in iChristmas, iWant My Website Back, iRue the Day, and will appear in iPity the Nevel

Chuck Chambers

Charles "Chuck" Chambers (Ryan Ochoa) is a young boy and the secondary antagonist of the show. He first made an appearance in "iHurt Lewbert", playing racquetball in the lobby, for which Spencer got him grounded by his father for two days. Since then, Chuck and Spencer became rivals and have clashed on several more occasions each time ending with Spencer winning and Chuck getting in trouble with his father except in "iFind Lewbert's Lost Love". He reappears in iBeat the Heat, where he comes to the Shays' apartment with his dad and sister, Gia, who Spencer finds attractive. Chuck also appeared in other episodes such as "iReunite with Missy", "iTwins", "iFind Lewbert's Lost Love", "iBeat the Heat", and possibly more in season 4. He is Spencer's arch-enemy, and is very sneaky. It appears he will appear in the episode "iSpyLies" in season 4 to permire 12, Decemeber, 2010.

T- Bo

T- Bo (BooG!e) is the manager at the Groovy Smoothie (a parody of Jamba Juice). He often annoys customers into buying random foods (many sold on sticks), such as bagels, bell peppers, doughnuts, muffins, turkey breasts, pickles, tacos, and chicken pot pies. He is shown to be a friend of Carly, Spencer and the gang, as seen in iGot a Hot Room, when he brings waffles and strawberries on sticks for her birthday breakfast. Once T- Bo got robbed and Freddie help him out by wearing glasses that had a tiny camra inside and he made an iWaffle Basket for Carly's birthday and he offered Carly a job to get money to buy stuff to fix her room. He also disliked Spencer once because he prank his friend with glow in the dark face cream.

Socko

Socko (Unidentified) is a friend of Spencer who is only mentioned in several episodes because he and Spencer were friends in high school. He shares Spencer's love of unusual socks, and makes them, as stated in the movie "IGo to Japan". Several members of Socko's family also have names that match their jobs or personalities, such as Socko (sock maker), Taylor (Tailor), Rob (thief), Otto (car salesman), Tyler (tie maker), Freight Dog (freight carrier), Dr. Paxil (therapist), Isaac (optometrist), and Bernie(Welder)etc, and others who are also off-screen characters. Like Carly's parents and most of Sam's family, Socko is actually never seen on the show. The only on-screen characters were Rob, Dr. Paxil, and Freight Dog. Rob was mentioned when Spencer had his couch taken to a warehouse, and Rob stole it for him. Freight Dog was first mentioned (and seen) in the episode "iGo to Japan" when he piloted a cargo plane with them on board to Japan, then made them skydive. Dr. Paxil was first seen in the episode "iSpace Out", when Spencer was seeing a 6-year old girl running around his apartment, and he called him over there because a police officer told him he was having hallucinations.

Granddad Shay

Granddad Shay (Greg Mullavy) is Carly and Spencer's paternal grandfather who lives in Yakima, Washington. He is a lawyer. In "iWanna Stay With Spencer", he attempted to get Carly to move with him to Yakima because he thought that Spencer was an irresponsible guardian. In the end, he allowed Carly to stay with Spencer after Spencer demanded he take her asthma inhaler with them even though Carly hadn't had an asthma attack since she was seven and was saving it "just in case". Ever since his visit, however, Spencer has been a little more strict with Carly. He loves to exercise and can do a handstand while walking. In "iWant a World Record", he appeared for a few seconds on the webshow, but he is not seen again after that, but is mentioned several times throughout the show.

Mandy Valdez

Amanda "Mandy" Valdez (Aria Wallace) is iCarly's biggest fan and one of the antagonists of the show. She is seen in "iAm Your Biggest Fan" and "iWant My Website Back". She is wacky, freaky, wears exotic clothes, and idolizes the iCarly gang. She is also characterized by her signature "duck mask" and irritates the gang by quacking. She managed on several occasions to break into Carly's apartment, and was a temporary owner of iCarly. Nora Dirshlit, another character, seems to be crazier than Mandy, but at least Mandy never kidnapped anyone like Nora did. She does not appear at all in season 3. It remains unknown if she re-appears for season 4.

Charlotte Gibson

Charlotte (Déena Dill) is Gibby's mom. She was dating Spencer, but then when Spencer saw Gibby's similarity in her face, he broke up with her. She appeared also in "iGo Nuclear" when Sam gave Gibby a wedgie and she needed to give him underwear. She also appeared in "iPsycho" when Gibby went to Camp Spencer in Spencer and Carly's Loft, and appeared in iEnrage Gibby shortly offering Gibby a snack while he was punching a punching bag. She has not been seen since.

Guppy Gibson

Guppy Gibson (Ethan Munck) is Gibby's little brother. He appears in the iCarly episode "iPsycho." He comes over to Carly's house to stay with his brother when he is staying at "Camp Spencer." Guppy also frees the iCarly gang from the recording booth while Gibby distracts Nora (the girl who trapped the iCarly gang.) Guppy is played by Noah Munck's real-life brother, Ethan. Prior to his role as Guppy, Ethan made a mini-appearance during the closing theme of "iSpeed Date," but was identified as Gibby transformed into a 5-year-old. Like Gibby, Guppy likes taking his shirt off. Unlike Gibby, he rarely talks and is mostly shown speaking into Gibby's ears. When he did talk, he said, "Happy birthday" to Gibby, even though it wasn't his birthday. Guppy has an uncanny resemblance to Gibby, to which in "iPsycho", when Gibby went into another room after answering to the door for his mother and Guppy, Spencer, unaware who was at the door, thought the person or persons made him look like a little kid. He also appeared in "iSell Penny Tees" when he was on the iCarly webcast and "iDo" when he was riding in his flame little car that is attached to Gibby's bike.

Faculty at Ridgeway Junior High School

Principal Ted Franklin

Principal Theodore "Ted" Franklin (Tim Russ) is the school principal, who is fond of Carly and Freddie. He is used to seeing Sam in his office and gives her detention on a regular basis. Ted and his kids are iCarly fans themselves, which is probably why he has never expelled Sam. Principal Franklin also makes a minor appearance in the iCarly 50th Webshow Spectacular. On one episode Principal Franklin gets fired and Sam, Carly, and Freddie need to get him back because Ms. Briggs and Mr. Howard are the new co-principals, and he successfully is re-hired.

Ms. Francine Briggs

Ms. Francine Briggs (Mindy Sterling) is a mean English teacher that Carly and her friends like to tease, and one of Spencer's former teachers while he attended Ridgeway Middle School. She is 40 years old. It is revealed in the episode iSpy A Mean Teacher that she likes to exercise in her swimsuit. She mysteriously disappeared after episode 8 of the series and returned in Season 3 in the episode "iHave My Principals. She left the show before Season 2 started filming because she only had a contract for one season.

Mr. Howard

Mr. Howard (David St. James) is a math and geometry teacher and detention moderator with an extremely unpleasant personality. A vindictive, hateful, perpetually-angry person that hates practically everything–laughter, children, and even his wife (although it is mentioned in "iTwins" that he 'makes out' with Miss Briggs in the teacher's lounge). Everyone at Ridgeway, including Carly and her friends as well as Principal Franklin, dislike him in return.

Mr. Devlin

Mr. Devlin (Adrian Neil) is a history teacher at Ridgeway Middle School. He is known for being snooty and very strict to his students, even in his former position as lunchroom monitor. He also despises 3-hole punched paper, as revealed to Carly in the episode "iPromise Not to Tell", when he keeps Carly from getting straight "A"s by giving her a "B+" on a history paper. He teaches very fast and if ever asked to slow down he says no and keeps talking. He also made an appearance in the episode "iKiss" when he tried to help Freddie stand up for himself and shouts "I'm Freddie Benson and I have never kissed a girl!" causing everyone to laugh. Embarrassed, he tells everyone to stop laughing, and calls Freddie an "unfortunate misfit" as he runs off.

Miss Lauren Ackerman

Miss Lauren Ackerman (Jessica Makinson) is a mentally unstable and manic depressive history teacher at Ridgeway. She appeared in the episode "iHave A Lovesick Teacher". She temporarily dated Spencer in the episode after her former boyfriend dumped her. Anytime she is dumped, she is extremely mean, abusive and unforgiving to her students. During their dating, however, she is kind and giddy, even suggesting that her class go ice skating with her and Spencer. She is often possessive, needing to know where Spencer is at all times during the day. When Spencer breaks up with her, she ends up being arrested for admitting on iCarly that she illegally downloaded 500 songs on her "PearPod" (parody of the iPod) for Spencer as a present.

Mr. Stern

Mr. Stern (Joseph Buttler) is a teacher at Ridgeway Middle School. He is a very strict teacher and is usually seen coming out of the teacher's lounge when there is an emergency, and is bald-headed on the top. Like Francine Briggs, he wears the same glasses. Not much of his personal life is revealed, although in the episode "iSpy A Mean Teacher", we find out he went to a rock concert and also crowdsurfed (And wore shorts, which according to Carly, teachers should never do). He was in "iLike Jake", "iDon't Want to Fight", "iGot Detention", "iMake Sam Girlier" and "iSaved Your Life".

Mr. Henning

Mr. Henning (Andrew Hill Newman) is a hippie science teacher at Ridgeway Middle School. Spencer once had him as a science teacher, but he complained that Mr. Henning smelled like rotting wood. He stresses the importance of being environmentally friendly, but does so in the wrong ways, and as a result, he tends to give the majority of his students poor grades because they were doing what is supposed to be correct, but is not correct by his standards (e.g. Freddie created a high-tech and expensive composting machine, but was marked down for polluting the air by importing worms from Portugal). He is later mentioned in "iBeat the Heat".

Superintendent Harold Gorman

Superintendent Harold Gorman (Weston Blakesley) is a Superintendent at Ridgeway Middle School and Principal Franklin's boss. He appeared in "iHave My Principals." He has an abnormally low voice, which at first, stunned Sam. He also appears to have a strong hatred of fun, and fires Franklin simply for appearing on iCarly and playing one of their games, something he feels is below a principal.

Mr. Wimbley

Mr. Wimbley appears in "iPromise Not to Tell" as the computer teacher, where Carly distracted him so Freddie could hack the school's network firewall.

Mr. Connick

Mr. Connick was a teacher who recommended Carly go with his brother-in-law Dr. Rick Schaffer who is a plastic surgeon because he thinks Shelby Marx will disfigure Carly's face in iFight Shelby Marx.

Ms. Gatlin

Ms. Gatlin appears in "iHate Sam's Boyfriend" dressed in a chicken costume because she said if all of the students in her class received a good grade she would. After she does, Jonah cracks on her and says, "What if a chicken dressed as a teacher?!?"

Mr. Palladino

Mr. Paladino appears in "iGot Detention" when Freddie steals his stapler.

Mrs. Rayfried

Mrs. Rayfried is a lazy math teacher who appears in "iGot Detention" when Carly breaks her chair and she says that she will get 2 months recovery and leaves careless and without any injuries.

Nurse Vullen

Nurse Vullen is seen on "iSaw Him First" when Sam pretends to faint so Shane could kiss her and she finishes bullied by Sam. She tries to shock Sam awake, but Sam stops her. Nurse Vullen angrily states she is going to report Sam to the principal and asks for her name. Sam lies and gives her the name Rebecca Berkowitz.

Ms. Murdock

Ms. Murdock is seen on "iReunite With Missy" passing by Carly's, Sam's, and Missy's lockers. She wears very creepy makeup.

Mr. Newman

Mr. Newman is a science teacher. He is never seen, but is mentioned on iCarly.com. Sam mentions in a blog that she is going to bribe him into taking away an "F" he gave her in exchange for her returning the class hamster, which she found while cleaning her room.

Students at Ridgeway Junior High School

Missy Robinson

Missy Robinson (Haley Ramm) is one of the antagonists in the show, but only appears in "iReunite with Missy." She was Carly's best friend when both of their dads were stationed at the same naval base at Seal Beach when they were 7, all before Carly met Sam. Missy constantly tries to get rid of Sam so she can be Carly's best friend again. Then, Carly found out that Missy was trying to replace Sam, and ends her friendship with her. She left for a semester at sea cruise for six months and vomited because of her seasickness. She is not seen or even mentioned again after that and may come back in the fourth season.

Valerie

Valerie (Carly Bondar) is one of the antagonists in the show, but only appears in iWill Date Freddie. She was Freddie's girlfriend for a short while, she actually used Freddie for her webshow so it can overshadow iCarly, Sam and Carly found out themselves, but at first Freddie didn't believe them, but he talked to her and she revealed the truth. She is shown to manipulate people, like attempting to use Sam (as well as Freddie) for her webshow, and trying to get Carly to give up her show. At the end (on her webshow, called "The Valerie Show"), Valerie was supposed to show her recent trip from Idaho, Home of the Potato!, but the monitor fell on her head, but she luckily was alive, although it was funny to them, and presumably Spencer. Her last words (in the episode) were "I don't know what to do now." She is not seen again after that, but was mentioned once in iKiss when Freddie secretly tells Carly he has never kissed a girl, although Sam overhears them and shares his secret to iCarly viewers, 'ruining his life', as Carly states. After that she is never seen or mentioned again

Jeremy

Jeremiah "Jeremy" (Nathan Pearson) is a sickly kid who is also known as "Germy" because he has been constantly sneezing and coughing since first grade. Like Freddie, he is also fascinated with electronics, and had once been cameraman for iCarly when Freddie briefly left to be cameraman on his then-girlfriend's web show. He is seen in the episode "iNevel" holding Nevel and sneezing on him to make him tell the 3 on video that he didn't mean what he said on his Nevelocity review for iCarly. He is seen in "iDon't Wanna Fight," when he buys Laotian tissues from Ripoff Rodney, but is not seen anymore after that.

Wendy

Wendy (Mary Ann Springer) is one of Carly and the gang's friends on the show. She was seen on few episodes such as iReunite with Missy, telling Carly that Freddie gave up a 6 month cruise so that Missy won't bother Sam anymore, proving that he does care, and iDate a Bad Boy when Wendy comes over while Griffin is over, she and Carly are annoyed and leave to go study in Carly's room. In iTake on Dingo, she was the first one to hint the group of Dingo ripping off of them, because her little brother was watching Totally Teri. She also appears in a deleted scene in iSaved Your Life when she tries to ask Freddie out, which results in Carly getting jealous and starts kissing Freddie only to have Wendy walk away afterwards. She is also known to gossip about the newest things around the school. She can be seen in the background of Ridgeway when the bell rings.

Wesley

Wesley (Collin Hooks) is one of Freddie's friends. He is very skilled in the art of beat boxing which he frequently does, much to other people's annoyance. However, he helps the iCarly gang in iGot Detention by creating a distraction so Freddie can come into the detention room. Wesley beatboxes over the PA while hitting a metal pot. Mr. Howard, hearing the ruckus, comes down, where he finds Wesley with a bag over his face to disguise himself. Mr. Howard tries to catch Wesley, but then Wesley throws a water balloon at him, then leaves the school, beat boxing once more before doing so. He is not seen again after 1 episode of Season 2

Kathleen "Kathy"

Kathy (Ashley Argota) is a girl at Carly's school seen in "iHave a Lovesick Teacher." She is the one who told Carly, Sam, and Freddie that Ms. Ackerman's boyfriend broke up with her. Ashley would later appear in True Jackson VP in a main role as Lulu Johnson.

Tareen

Tareen (Libe Barer) is a girl who talks fast but is friends with Carly and the gang. She is seen in "iSpy a Mean Teacher" and "iDon't Want to Fight". Carly states that she feels as though she needs to "take a nap" after every time she speaks with Tareen.

Rip-Off Rodney

Rip-Off Rodney (Christopher David III) is a student at Ridgeway who sells random items for obscene prices. He is seen selling burritos in "iGot Detention". Rodney also sells Jeremy (Germy) a box of tissues made of peacock feathers and trades Sam tickets to see Cuddlefish (a fictional band) for the iCarly t-shirt Carly made in "iDon't Want to Fight". He is not seen or mentioned anymore after that.

Duke

Duke (Doug Brochu) is a psycho student in Ridgeway who likes to wrestle. He appeared in iHatch Chicks as Freddie's lab partner, and in iLike Jake when Freddie gets pushed around while Duke and his friend (Duke's friend's name is never announced) were fighting. He is incredibly strong, in iHatch Chicks he was shown capable of lifting and moving a refrigerator, as well as being able to burst his head though a wall. He also appeared in "iSpy on Mean Teacher." He is not seen or mentioned again after that, most likely due to the fact he plays a main role in Disney Channel's Sonny with a Chance.

Tasha

Tasha (Nicole Anderson) is a girl at Carly's school who only appears in "iNevel" for a few seconds. Sam, Carly, and Freddie do not like her and Sam even says, "I wanna do bad things to that chick." Sam then pushes a cart that has Freddie sitting inside it in her direction and a loud crash is heard off screen.

Jocelyn

Jocelyn (Cynthia Dallas) is a rude senior at Carly and Sam's school in "iMake Sam Girlier". She is seen bullying the students in Ridgeway and torturing them (e.g. holding a younger student by his legs for not saying "bless you" after she sneezed). Later in the episode, she loses a fight against Sam in the Groovy Smoothie. She is not seen or mentioned anymore after that.

Jonah

Jonah (Aaron Albert) was Sam's boyfriend in "iHate Sam's Boyfriend." He is shown to be just as obnoxious and rude as Sam, which made Sam fall in love with him. Sam broke up with Jonah after he tried to kiss Carly. Jonah also ruined Spencer's claymation movie, making him make it only 10 seconds long, which it was originally supposed to be 10 minutes long. Sam got revenge by wedgie bouncing Jonah on iCarly. He is not mentioned after that because of his role in the Disney XD show I'm in the Band.

Jake Krandle

Jacob "Jake" Krandle (Austin Butler) is Carly's first love interest in "iLike Jake" Also almost every other girl in Carly's school likes Jake, too. When Carly invites him over to sing on iCarly, the iCarly gang realizes he has a terrible voice. Freddie fixes the problem by digitally altering his voice to make it sound better, and Jake gets back together with his girlfriend the next day. He is not seen again after the episode.

Malika

Malika only appears in iSpeed Date as a date for Freddie to the Girls Choice dance. She makes no other appearances in the series.

Pete

Peter "Pete" (Graham Patrick Martin) is Sam's love interest in "iMake Sam Girlier". He praised Sam for being tough and aggressive during her birthday party, which made Sam change into a girlier image. Pete tells her later on that he prefers dating a girl who can kiss well and beat someone up when she needs to, rather than dating a "daffodil." He is not seen or mentioned again after that.

Shane

Shane (James Maslow) was Carly and Sam's crush in "iSaw Him First." He fell down an elevator shaft after he tries to storm out of the room after he gets fed up with Carly and Sam's arguing. He is shown to survive with major injuries. He is not seen or mentioned anymore after that.

Shannon Mitchell

Shannon Mitchell (Annamarie Kenoyer) was Gibby's crush in "iWin a Date". In turn, she appears to have a crush on Freddie, but Freddie wanted nothing to do with her. The iCarly gang set her and her friends up to be on a blind date for a chance to go out with Gibby, but after Shannon showed up alone, Gibby chose the wrong girl (Carly). Then, they go on a triple date (Carly and Gibby, Sam and Reuben, Freddie and Shannon) but it makes matters worse since Shannon keeps obsessing over Freddie. After Gibby acts like himself in front of her, she leaves The Cheesecake Warehouse (which is a parody of The Cheesecake Factory). She is not seen or mentioned again after this episode.

Shawn

Shawn (Matthew Moy) is a friend of Carly, Sam, and Freddie who's also part of the Mathletes club like Freddie and appeared in "iMeet Fred," "iHave My Principals" and "iBelieve in Bigfoot," He also appears to have a crush on Carly.

Terrin

Terrin is a girl who is seen in "iPilot" as the trumpet player on a pogo stick. Carly and Sam chose her to be one of the students to perform on the talent show, but Ms. Briggs rejected Terrin because she doesn't consider her act as "talent". She is not seen or mentioned after this episode.

Simon

Simon is the guy who can squirt milk out from his eye. He appears in iPilot and in iCarly Awards.

Nathan "Nate"

Carly invites him to a dance but spits on his eye. Sam ends up telling everyone and even tweets about it to all of iCarly's Twitter followers.

Brennan Joouberly

Seen on iPilot, he can say anything backwards.

Rebecca Berkowitz

A girl seen in the extended version of "iSaw Him First". In the version that premiered on television, only her name was stated. She is later mentioned by Nate, claiming she already asked him to the dance before Carly (But Carly thinks he turned her down because Carly accidentally spit in his eye.).

Other characters

Pam Puckett

Pam Puckett (Jane Lynch) is the mother of Sam Puckett who (as of now) appears only in the episode, iSam's Mom. Throughout the three seasons, she was mentioned in nearly every episode, but never seen on-screen. Whenever Sam mentioned her, it was either something negative, or something that would gross out people. She is described as "lazy", "desperate", and "hostile". Generally, she is indeed hostile to Sam, in which, Sam is hostile to her back. It is shown in the episode, "iSam's Mom", that she is somewhat desperate since she asks a man if he would like to marry her. Since Sam's mother can be cruel, this generally explains Sam's somewhat cruel behavior in some episodes. She likes Melanie more than Sam, seeing the highly noticeable difference between the two. This gets on Sam's nerves when she compares her to Melanie, which causes another argument. She is notably known in the series for "frequent dating" (something mentioned by Sam in nearly every episode) and "driving issues", as shown in iMust Have Locker 239. It is also revealed that she has a love interest for people that are from Italy, as mentioned by Sam in iGot a Hot Room. Her behavior contradicts to Sam's general behavior in many ways. Because of their understanding nature deep down inside, In the end of "iSam's Mom", they make up and reconcile their differences. They also reveal they love each other deep down inside. It is still unknown if she will return for a second appearance, but as of now, she is not seen again after that.

Greg Horvath

Greg Horvath (Kevin Symons) is the president of the DAKA Shoe Company. Whenever there are glitches in his shoes, he and his employees don't do anything about it and threaten anyone who refuses to endorse the shoes with a lawsuit, especially when he had the iCarly gang advertise his new shoe, the Techfoot, on their webcast. After the iCarly gang had signed the Techfoot Contract, they, and everyone else who watched their Techfoot-related webcasts, found out the Techfoots were defective, thus resulting in the iCarly ratings dropping. The iCarly Gang demanded that Horvath and his employees made improvements to the Techfoots, or they wouldn't talk about the Techfoots on iCarly at all, but the DAKA Chairpeople threatened them with the lawsuit. Knowing that most contracts have a loophole, the iCarly gang said "positive" things about the Techfoots (all the glitches in the shoes), enraging the DAKA Chairpeople, and Spencer put his 72-hour Law School studies to work to help the gang get out of the contract. Unless Horvath and the DAKA Employees agreed to buy the iCarly gang out of the Techfoot Contract and give full refunds to everyone who bought the Techfoots, the iCarly gang threatened to countersue him for tricking them into advertising the faulty shoes. It is likely his company went out of business due to this.

Shelby Marx

Shelby Marx (Victoria Justice) only appears in "iFight Shelby Marx." She is the youngest champion in the CFC. She is a friend of Carly, Sam and Freddie. After Nevel tricked her, she, Freddie, Carly, Gibby and Sam paid him out. She is not seen again or mentioned after that on the show, but there are a few clips on iCarly.com where Victoria guest stars as herself, and Freddie tells her that she looks like Shelby, her reply being, "Yeah, I get that all the time". She may be a reference to Strikeforce's Gina Carano or the UFC's Shane Carwin (Like Carwin, none of her fights have gone past the first round).

Ginger Fox

Ginger Fox (Betsy Rue) only appears in "iFix a Popstar". She was once a Pop Music Award-winner but is revealed to have lost her talent and gone crazy. She throws forks at people when she's angry. Ginger has a 6-month-old son named Billy. She is divorced and she tries to teach her rabbit to do tricks, but never does. Ginger fired her director because "he kept telling her what to do". The iCarly crew were hired to make a music video for her comeback, and despite Ginger's lack of talent, they were successful, which left the iCarly group shocked, but not her fans. She forgot to shave her underarms, and she pulled down her shorts a little bit during her concert. She is not seen or even mentioned again after that.

The Shadowhammer

The Shadowhammer is a criminal who appears in "iSam's Mom". He had never been caught on video, because he sneaks in before robbing a place and disables the cameras so he cannot be caught. This changes when Freddie uses his spy glasses and catches him, but when T-Bo and a newscaster talk about how he did, Freddie worries that the Shadowhammer will find him and beat him down. Spencer fixes the problem by changing the sign in his apartment to 8H instead of 8D. At the end of the episode, the Shadowhammer looks for Apartment 8D, and leaves when he sees the sign at Freddie's apartment reading 8H.

Mrs. Papperman

Mrs. Papperman (Wendy Braun) is Nevel's mother. She forced Nevel to restore iCarly's review, when Nevel only wrote a bad review because he was mad at Carly. In person, she only appeared in "iNevel," and only her voice is mentioned in later episodes, like "iRue The Day," "iFight Shelby Marx," etc. She is never actually seen in the show again after iNevel.

The Dorfmans

The Dorfmans are Carly's nerdy cousins who she despises due to them being uncontrollably annoying. Although they serve as Carly's relatives in the show, they only appear in iFence. In the episode, She asks Sam to eat with her while they visit, but as soon as Sam meets them herself, she hates them as well. Carly tells her to please stay since Spencer's not home yet and she said she can't spend 2 hours with them, but Sam claims it can't be that bad (she was wrong). Carly was forced to make a green-colored pudding for them, which tasted horrible to her. Once they came, they made Carly's 2 hours in the house a misery. They are not seen or mentioned again after the visit.

Kyoko & Yuki

Two Japanese webstars whom iCarly competed against. They served as the main antagonists in iGo to Japan. They did everything they could to dash iCarly's chances of winning the iWeb Awards, including stranding them on the side of the road. Ultimately, iCarly makes it to the awards and retaliates by sabotaging their presentation, winning the awards and revealing their evil plan in the process. As a result of this, they're arrested for kidnapping. They aren't seen or even mentioned again after that. Kyoko & Yuki might be a reference to Youtube celebrities Nigahiga.

Mystery Girl

A little girl (played by Anna Clark) who appeared in iSpace Out. Spencer thought she was a figment of his imagination because he missed Carly so much, but at the end of the episode, Carly could see her too. She thought it was due to her so-called "space madness." The girl didn't do anything to Carly but leave the apartment.

Gunsmoke

Gunsmoke is a bodyguard who appears in iSam's Mom. Mrs. Benson hires him to protect Freddie when she worries about the Shadowhammer. However, he tends to get overprotective, as shown by when he grabs Carly upon her entrance into the apartment, and breaks Spencer's snow-cone machine thinking it has something dangerous in it. He fought in three wars and is fond of Full House.

Marta

Marta Trundel (Kit Pongetti) is Lewbert's former girlfriend. Carly, Sam, and Freddie try to reunite Marta and Lewbert, only to find out that the reason they broke up was because of Marta's obsessiveness. She has been seen tying Lewbert to a chair, and has caused him to get a stress wart on his cheek, move to Seattle, change his name, and ultimately go crazy. She only appears in "IFind Lewbert Lost Love".

Wade Collins

Wade Collins (Alex Schemmer) is a British-Canadian aspiring singer who refers to Americans as "hobknockers." Due to interference by the iCarly gang, he lost the final round of America Sings (parody of American Idol). Due to guilt, the group offered to make a music video for him, only to discover he wasn't the person he'd made himself to be on the show and was truly a nasty, egotistical creep, as shown when they discover that he lied about his mother's illness. While they do make him the music video, he steals it, but the iCarly gang gets revenge by showing everyone what an awful person he is and telling them where he's staying where he's presumably beaten up, chased out and banned from the U.S. by an angry mob. His music video is given back to iCarly. He's mentioned again in iFix a Popstar, where its revealed the music video they made for him was one of the top ten most watched videos of all time. He has not been seen or metioned since then.

Doug Toder

Doug Toder (Daniel Samonas) is Spencer's old arch rival in "iFence". He challenged Freddie to a fencing competition, only to be beaten by him and Ms. Benson.

Veronica

Veronica (Valerie Azlynn) is a woman who was Spencer's date in "iMake Sam Girlier", but their relationship ended due to his craziness (but kissed him only because how cute he looked in the tuxedo anyway). She returns in the 12th season three episode "iEnrage Gibby", to express condolences when she thinks Spencer is dead, and as she is starting to regret breaking up with him, Spencer ruins the moment, by jumping out and shouting "You CAN hold me", as she screams in horror calling Spencer insane when she found out he took advantage of the false statement, then claiming he has a twin "Spuncer", confusing her and she leaves, disgustedly calling him sick. As of now, she is not seen or mentioned again after that.

Stew Stimbler

Stewart "Spanky" Stimbler is a childhood rival of Spencer. His name refers to the fact that he likes to spank unsuspecting people as a joke. A few years later, he has a son and works for the Seattle Police Department. Later, he went with his partner to have a stakeout at Carly and Spencer's apartment. When the investigation was over, Spencer was able to trap Stimbler's son in a plastic transparent tube, and handcuffed Stimbler himself to the couch. Spencer then proceeded to get revenge by spanking Stimbler on the butt with one of his brooms.

Tasha

Tasha (Emily Ratajkowski) is Gibby's girlfriend. She had a minor role in "iSpeed Date" and a major role in "iEnrage Gibby." In "iEnrage Gibby," Gibby temporally breaks up with her after believing that she was cheating on him with Freddie when he sees her on top of him, causing him to go crazy and plan to fight Freddie for revenge. But they reconcile after he figures out she just tripped. After Freddie proves to Gibby that he wasn't trying to steal his girlfriend, Gibby and Tasha walk away and Freddie couldn't believe that Tasha actually likes him. People can't believe she is his girlfriend because she is considered out of Gibby's league and is much older.

Harry Joyner

Harry Joyner (Oliver Muirhead) is Spencer's favorite sculptor, but only appears in "iHeart Art." According to Joyner, he has made a scuplture out of every substance known to man, and when he met Spencer for the first time, he was planning to make a human sculpture. When meeting Spencer, he saw many of his famous pieces, and then commented that "he didn't love them," and stated they were "amateur-ish at best". When Joyner left, Spencer was heartbroken and slept on the kitchen table for about 4 hours with a bowl as a pillow. However, Carly went to Joyner and demanded he apologize to her brother. At first, he declined, remarking that he has no time for this, but when Carly point out how Spencer become depressed with Harry vision over his art, Harry feels guilt and decided to go tell Spencer the real reason that he made the remarks (he was "jealous" and his sculptures were "better than anything that I have done in a long time"). They made amends and started to make a sculpture of a jaw for a local dentist, which was where Spencer used to work before Joyner apologized. He is not seen again after that.

Amber Tate

Amber Tate (Rachel G. Fox) is a spoiled child actress that appears in iCarly Saves TV. In the episode she acts nasty to the iCarly gang and her dog pukes on Freddie. She hasn't been seen or mentioned since then.

Nora Dirshlit

Nora Dirshlit (Danielle Morrow) is a psychotic, lonely, and crazy fan of iCarly, even crazier then iCarly's number one fan Mandy. She is the main titular antagonist in the TV movie iPsycho, where she kidnaps Carly, Sam, and Freddie, calling them her "angels," after they helped her become popular with the kids at her school. She apparently has a crush on Freddie (though she kissed Daniella Monet's character earlier in the show), shown by having him be forced to kiss her through the glass of the room she trapped them in. Nora has a pet chicken named Maurice, a Richard Nixon mask and a medieval hatchet. In the movie, Gibby has a lengthy fight with her and she seems to be able to keep up with him until his little brother Guppy frees the iCarly gang and Sam finishes her by pressing a pressure point in her shoulder (the fictional Vulcan nerve pinch) and knocking her out, where Nora awaits for her arrest. She only did all this because her family abandoned her and she had no friends except for her chicken. Because of this, despite the fact she kidnapped them, Carly still felt sorry for her. She was mentioned several times in iStart a Fan War as the reason that the iCarly gang missed last year's webicon.

Griffin

Griffin (Drew Roy) is a bad boy that Carly dates in the episode iDate A Bad Boy. Griffin steals Spencer's motorcycle and Spencer takes him under his wing. Carly is not happy about Griffin hanging around the loft until she falls for him, which Spencer forbids. At the middle of iDate A Bad Boy, Carly and Griffin fight but it is revealed that it was just a trick to get Spencer to think she is over him. They officially break up at the end of the episode after Carly and Sam make fun of his obsession with Pee-Wee Babies and he overhears them. He later returns in the season three finale iBeat the Heat, where he's more eccentric then ever as he tries to kiss Carly and comes to stay at the Shays' air conditioned loft because his Pee-Wee Babies can't be in extreme hot or cold air or they will become misshapen. This makes Sam upset and tells him he "needs to stop obsessing over his dumb little Play Pretties." and she throws one of them out of anger. One of the eldery men sat on it, and Griffin tells him he needs to get up, but the man refused. Later, when Carly was making her "speech", the eldery man gives Griffin back the Pee-wee Baby.

Sasha Striker

Sasha Striker (Lorena York) was the world's best Pak-Rat (parody of Pac-Man) player and had disappeared off the face of the earth, and appeared in "iStage an Intervention." When Spencer becomes obsessed with Pak-Rat, the iCarly gang track her down via their webshow. Spencer beat her and became the world's best Pak-Rat player. She and Spencer flirted, and kissed for a few seconds but she is never seen, heard from, or even mentioned again after that. Spencer never stopped playing Pak-Rat until he beat Sasha Striker's score.

Jackson Colt

Jackson Colt is a top 10 MMA fighter and appears only in iLook Alike. He has a son named Kevin Colt. He is shown to be very sensitive when he doesn't get what he wants; for example, he threw a guy across the room when the guy didn't bring back the food he wanted, and he threw Spencer across the room, knocking him unconscious, not realizing he was in fact Carly's brother. He is a fan of Carly's comedy on the show, especially Random Dancing. He is not seen or mentioned again after iLook Alike. He is most likely a parody of the real life UFC fighter and The A-Team star Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.

Hazel

Hazel is an elderly woman that Gibby met while riding down the street on his bike. Once he sees her, he asks her if she can help him retrieve a 5 dollar bill that he spotted in a tree. She accepts the offer, but only after Gibby promises her they'll go get coffee afterwards. She helped him get the bill by letting him get on her shoulders. After retrieving the bill, she fell down and Gibby drove off and forgot about her. She is last seen on the ground mumbling "Are we still going to get coffee?".

Cal

Cal (Jake Siegel) was a temporary guest star character in the episode iGo Nuclear. His role in the show was Carly's assistant in a Science project for School during Green Week in Mr. Henning's class, so she doesn't have to serve the Root & Berry retreat when Spencer found him and assigns him to help her. Little did the gang know, he was actually a criminal because he builds illegal nuclear projects using black market uranium. His true self was not revealed until the end of the episode, when the Police found out who he was when they asks where he got his haircut in the groovy smoothy. After he is revealed, with no chance of tricks, he ran off from the Groovy Smoothies, and broke the glass in the process. The police then reveals his criminal acts, leaving Carly to be forced a lower grade by Mr. Henning and even worse, she has to serve the Root & Berry retreat for building an illegal nuclear project for his class which would have nearly put the entire class in legal trouble. He is not seen again or mentioned after that.

Mitch

Mitch only appears in "iChristmas." He is the guardian angel who granted Carly's wish for Spencer to become normal. But when this affects her life, she soon regrets it and wants everything changed. After Mitch sees her cry, he changes everything back. He is not seen again or mentioned after that. Mitch also changes Sam, Freddie, and Freddie's mom.

Melanie Puckett

Melanie Puckett (Jennette McCurdy) is Sam's (identical twin) sister and makes her first debut in iCarly in the episode "iTwins". According to Sam she is a straight "A" student, follows all the rules, and goes to a fancy boarding school. She is the total opposite of Sam, and even has a crush on Freddie, much to Sam's dismay. Freddie, however, does not believe Melanie is real, and thinks that Sam is just pretending to be her, se he asks Melanie out on a date. Since Freddie does not believe Melanie is real, no matter what anybody says, Sam and Carly eventually agree with him, but later Sam and Melanie are seen together. She is mentioned again in "iThink They Kissed", when Freddie is talking about if he might have kissed someone before, and in "iSam's Mom" where Sam's mother compares Sam to Melanie but remains skeptical as to if she exists. It is unknown if she will re-appear in season 4, as she did not appear at all in season 3.

Fleck and Dave

Fleck and Dave (Daven Shay and Joey Luthman) are two teenage boys who share the likeness of a web show, just as the iCarly gang. They are introduced in the episode, "iQuit iCarly." The two are good friends but have very differing opinions, such as the personalities of Carly and Sam. This later comes to be proven when Fleck paints Dave's dad's car purple for a bit in one of their shows featuring the iCarly gang. This goes on to be a split apart between Fleck and Dave. The latter comes on strong, when Carly and Sam decide to go and try to patch the problem between the feuding two up. But as they are in the midst of doing so, Fleck and Dave both make Sam and Carly think about how the two treat one another. Freddie is left out of the equation. So then comes on to be where Carly and Sam feud. When Spencer helps Sam save Carly's life, they all become friends again. In the end of the episode, the four webshowees, along with Freddie, make a movie with each other called "The Blowing." As of now, they are not seen or even mentioned again after that.

Tori Vega

Victoria Justice will appear again as Tori Vega (Continuity Error as she played Shelby Marx previously) in the episode iParty With Victorious.
