Speedy deletion nomination of CitiIntl

A tag has been placed on CitiIntl, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Why can't I edit Wikipedia?

I'm a bit lost and need help. I want to write and post an article about the offshore industry in belize with a focus on the first offshore company that was formed in the country - Cititrust International Inc. Because this is new, I did a test run with basic information to see how it will work out.... before I post my main article which is very long. It's actually a research paper I'm doing as part of my Master's program (Finance & Financial Law).

Somehow it came out like an advertisement.... I guess because I didn't read all the guidelines thoroughly. Can I delete the Profile "CitiIntl" completely and ask your assistance creating a qualified profile, with postings of objective articles/research papers I'm doing and have done about offshore and financial services in Belize? I'd like to make reference to this company since their information is easily accessible for me right now as well as have links on each page to get feedback on it from readers?
