this should be about the body bag game not mostly about the "body bag rematch," which isn't a part of NFL lore and nobody cares about.

I happened to be present at this game. As a spectator, one thing that I remember that most people might not is how freezing cold it was that night. That's how I wound up at the game in the first place - it was so cold, the season ticket holder didn't want to go, so I (and a few co-workers) got the tix. There was a lot of "drinking to stay warm", and several fights in the stands (and even out in the parking lot before the game). I had been unaware of Buddy's "body bags" quote but in the stands that night, the fans were yelling "bring out the body bags" as the injuries started to pile up, and later chants of "Body bags! Body bags!" Most of that is irrelevant, I guess, but the harsh conditions of cold, a stadium which had a surface which was already like carpeted cement, and full of drunk fans, added to what made the game what it was. 72.94.58.92 (talk) 22:19, 28 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
