"There appears to have been minimal (if any) genetic connection between the Dorset and the Thule"

There has been established a link, a suggestion of interaction, due to recent finds and genetic analysis. It seems as if some of the Dorsets/Tunits have been assimilated into Inuit culture, or at least a previous people other than Inuit has been assimilated. Granted, it's not proven that they must be the same as the Dorsets, but it's hard to imagine what else they may have been. Interestingly "Tunit" isn't that far from "Yuit" or "Juit", the Siberian Yupik. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.49.220.65 (talk) 19:05, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

DNA analysis

Does anyone know which firm was used to identify the genes?

What are the differences of genes between these tribes and Inuit tribes? They talk similar, but have various versions of dialects, but still understands each other.
