This case involves a serious long-term abusing by an Afghan located in Germany using sockpuppets and anonymous IPs to engage in bashing the Pashtun people as well as attacking editors who he finds to be of Pashtun ethnicity. In fact, he even attacks and insults admins but most admins turn blind eye to his actions.

The sockmaster behind these IPs wrote to admin Kingturtle: "Kingturtle, son of a Bitch, only Pashtuns can be Dravidians. Rabbani is a true Aryan (Tajik)-Persian, arshole...[1] ... When I was open-minded and wrote good articles (f.ex. see on Khalji Dynasty), you dirty fucking bitch, son of a dirty whore i have fucked million times, were blocking or editing them. Ok, that was not much bad but when you were working with motherfucking Pashtun nationalists together and accepted their dirty wrong cites, arshole, than what should I do??? Fucking bitch, stop be so much controductary. The most articles that still on wikipedia, related wth afghanistan and still exist as a perfect article, based on sourcs, were started first by myself, arshole. You ban people without any reasons and without any knowledges. Arshole, get some education before you try yourself on Afghanistan or related things..." [2]

In the edit summaries, sockmaster tells other Wikipedians, "KUSSMADAR PASHTUN, PLEASE CITE ANY CITATION FROM THE SOURCES PASHTUN IMMIGRANTS MAKE 60%???[6]... In no sources you have provided it was written Pashtuns make the majority. You just changed the words of them to support your POV, Kussmadar"[7].

  • The words "kussmadar" is "mother fuc..r" in Tajik's native language, and "THE SOURCES PASHTUN IMMIGRANTS MAKE 60%" is his usual ranting over a dispute about percentage of Pashtun/Tajiks or Pashto/Dari which Tajik is often involved in almost every Afghanistan related article, (i.e. see Talk:Afghanistan, Talk:Languages of Afghanistan, Talk:Pashto language).

Sock IP 188.107.8.82 states:

"Ketabtoon, you are known by many loyal and good Wikipedians as a troll. You use sources that are not sources. You falsify articles by using every non-reliable source you can get and call it as reliable. You were vandalizing articles and gave contents of sources not as it was quoted. You just changed them to your own interpretation. Wikipedians like User:Tajik and many others, who are known for their good works are Wikipedia, have warned you many times..."

Not only the sockmaster uses the same set of IPs from the same city location in Germany but the behaviour, knowledge on Afghanistan (POV and opinion), area of editing, accusations, text (writings in talk pages), knowledge about few other editors, and feeling towards Pashtuns are all 100% matching everywhere. Already confirmed sockpuppets of this individual are as follow:

  1. Šāhzādé (talk · contribs)
  2. Draco of Utopia (talk · contribs)
  3. Tajik-Professor (talk · contribs)
  4. Germany2008 (talk · contribs)
  5. Al-Fanā (talk · contribs)
  • Proof to this is that admin Alison has stated[8]:

": and Draco of Utopia is confirmed as being a Tajik sock. Also Germany2008..... Ok, I rechecked this and Tajik is actually unlikely to be either of the socks above. Both Germany2008 (talk · contribs) and Draco of Utopia (talk · contribs) are  Confirmed as being the same editor, but Tajik, though geographically very close to them, is on a different network and provider. Tajik has provided me with other information which tends to confirm this. Given that he's recently been unbanned by ArbCom, I doubt this would be something he'd do anyway... I don't know who the other two editors are, but there is extensive logging in and out to evade scrutiny. Hence the list of associated IP addresses above"

Alison may have been wrong about her re-check of Tajik because if you go through this part carefully then you'll notice that it was him. Already confirmed IPs used by Tajik from Germany are as follow:

  1. 82.83.148.249 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  2. 82.83.132.92 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  3. 82.83.132.236 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  4. 82.83.140.191 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  5. 82.83.154.49 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  6. 82.83.131.209 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  7. 82.83.132.173 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  8. 82.83.144.211 (talk · contribs · WHOIS)
  • Proof to this is that admin Dmcdevit has stated [9]

Confirmed as Tajik: "Al-Fanā and the various 82.83.0.0/16 IPs editing here."

This slightly different set also suggest it is Tajik because he is edit-warring with User:E104421, the person whom Tajik went to ArbCom at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/E104421-Tajik.

You can easily tell that the IPs and the already blocked socks are the same individual just by reading his edit summaries. All the IPs listed/mentioned in this SPI originate to: Mannesmann Arcor Network Operation Center Arcor AG & Co. KG, Department TBS, Otto-Volger-Str. 19, D-65843 Sulzbach/Ts. Germany

The ones starting with 82 are assigned to ARCOR-DSL-NET12[10], the ones starting with 84 are to ARCOR-DSL-NET13, the ones starting with 94 are to ARCOR-DSL-NET18[11], and the ones starting with 188 are to NET19[12]. What this means is that he connects to the internnet with "net12" and the other ones (net13, net18, and net19) are either school, work place, net cafe or other places. To fool admins and chechusers, he edits as a completely different person who even changes his style of writing as well as the level of English and he of course also makes his behaviour different so to further confuse the Wikipedia community.

  • Additional evidence:

Articles Tajik edit[13] including every point he tries to raise is quickly supported by the anonymous sockmaster[14], and is often a helper by reverting to Tajik's versions.

  • Other useful evidence: I think we have established a strong connection between the German IPs, the already blocked sock accounts from Germany and the active Tajik who's user page states that he's in Germany[15]. Some other editors who are from Germany and editing the same articles with Tajik with the same view in mind include User:Sommerkom and User:Chartinael, who've stated the other day: "Dari-Tajik-Persian are one and the same language. The emphasis on the differences as well as the different names can be attributed to the rise of nationalism. Just imagine that German is spoken as an official language in 3 countries: Germany, Switzerland and Austrian. There are dialectal differences and if you asked me Bavarian is as far as incomprehensible from a speaker of Standard German as is Swiss German.."[16]] This allows us to know that he is most likely from Germany.

I'm confidence that these IDs are linked, they edit the same isolated articles (i.e. Pata Khazana, Abdul Hai Habibi, and Pashto language with identical POV pushing[17] as Tajik's POV[18]. The user page of User:Sommerkom explains that he is Persian-speaking and active in German Wikipedia [19] and the user page of Tajik states the same [20]. They are both editing the German version of [21] [22]. I'm certain that Tajik is editing under Phoenix2 in the German Wiki. He has many blocks there [23] as he has many here in the en:Wiki [24]. I think it's about time that Tajik is permanently blocked from en:Wiki, he was given so many chances but he arrogantly continues with his attacking people of different ethnicity while many admins have turned a blind eye to this.
